VILLA NINETTA

At 3 rue Malbousquet, in Monaco’s Moneghetti district, Villa Ninetta renews a site once occupied by Palais Ninetta. Designed by Fabrice Notari’s architectural practice, this contemporary residence draws on Belle Époque architecture through decorative mouldings, turquoise ceramic balustrades and wrought-iron railings.

The 27 apartments range from studios to three-bedroom residences, with duplex configurations extending to approximately 310 sqm and starting at around 56 sqm. Interiors combine materials such as marble and parquet with high-quality bathroom fittings, while large glazed openings and loggias extend the living spaces outdoors. The upper floors offer open views across Monaco and the Mediterranean.

The residence features 24-hour concierge service, underground parking and anti-intrusion alarm systems within the apartments. Completed in January 2026, Villa Ninetta is now an established residential address in Moneghetti, close to the Jardin Exotique.
