RESIDENCE DU STADE
49 chemin du Vallonet
Focus on the Moneghetti, a residential area of the Principality.
This historical area of Monaco, the Moneghetti is mostly residential and borders the city of Beausoleil.
It is the second area after the Jardin Exotique that runs through the northwest part of the Principality and covers three large major areas: the Jardin Exotique boulevard which runs through Monaco starting from Cap d’Ail, the Belgique boulevard paralleled to the first, and the Hector Otto avenue, joining La Turbie by its laces.
Recognizable by its vertical architecture, you will find ancient buildings from the « Belle époque» era as well as private mansions, all nestled in the quietness of this small-town charm.
Some of the older buildings have gone through complete renovations, like the neoclassical villa “Francette'' from 1890, and which became the Villa Victoria in 2014. These high-end renovations have led to the popularity of the neighborhood.
The area has easy access to the Carré d’Or neighborhood with only 20 minutes walking distance thanks to the many elevators. And to exit Monaco it takes only five minutes without having to cross the city center. You will live in a vibrant area with all shops and commodities nearby. The area has a prime location with a clear view over Monaco and the Mediterranean Sea that you could almost reach with your fingertips.
