PAVILLON DIANA

Only three residences make up Pavillon Diana, giving this building in Moneghetti an unusually intimate scale for Monaco. Completed in 2019 at 14 Boulevard de Belgique on the site of the former Villa Rinova, the building rises over eight levels, while five underground floors extend the development below the boulevard.

The first two residences are arranged as duplexes of approximately 300 m² each. At the top, a roughly 500 m² triplex occupies a distinctive position within the composition, with a 170 m² rooftop terrace centred around a private swimming pool. This layout creates a collection of substantial residences rather than a conventional development divided into numerous apartments.

Below the living spaces, the complex includes 21 parking spaces served by a car lift, together with storage cellars. Shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and hammam, complemented by concierge services and an on-site caretaker.

Pavillon Diana therefore reflects a particular approach to residential development in Monaco: limiting the number of units in favour of generous proportions, private outdoor areas and extensive amenities, while making full use of a site shaped by the steep terrain of Moneghetti.
