The famous luxury territory of the Principality of Monaco

The famous luxury territory of the Principality of Monaco

Formerly Monte-Carlo was named the Spelugues plateau before the renaming in 1866 by the Prince Charles III himself. He then initiated a total transformation of the Monegasque territory. About 80 hectares of land with many fruit and olive trees grew here before becoming the glamorous and luxurious worldwide emblem.

The Monte Carlo district is ideally located just behind the Carré d’Or area; the Carré d’Or being the fanciest neighborhood of Monte Carlo.

This area is constantly changing with the emergence of luxury residences, surrounded by Monaco’s greatest enterprises. Mr. Charles Garnier himself thought through the architecture of this district, as well as all the alleys of Monte Carlo. This unusual decor with neoclassical aspirations gives it a very unique character.

Monte Carlo’s real estate landscape attracts the great European bourgeoisie and nobility

Monte Carlo’s real estate landscape attracts the great European bourgeoisie and nobility. Some famous companies were built here such as the Société des Bains de Mer, but also sumptuous palaces, as well as the Casino, which all became legendary buildings of Monaco. Although the price per square meter is difficult to measure in the Principality, indicators estimate a range between 44,000 and 100,000 euros per square meter for this Monte Carlo area.

The Livein team will zoom in on the incredible Mille Fiori residence. A building offering a very modernist architecture, with 111 meters up to the ground, over 37 floors and 190 luxury apartments. From studios to penthouses, all will provide a sunny living room. Luxurious bathrooms with noble materials and even a wine cellar to store your nicest bottles or your Cuban cigars.

You will be able to wander all along the luxury boutiques and reach the beach in less than 15 minutes. Thus, Monte Carlo is the Monegasque dream.
