With its 116 meters high, its 37 floors and 190 luxurious apartments, the Millefiori is one of the most famous buildings of the Principality of Monaco. In this article, discover all of the secrets of this emblematic tower.
At the time, the official reported height of the tower was 111 meters. However, this number was not entirely accurate and corresponded essentially to a legal imperative. At the time of construction, no Monegasque building could exceed this height, but in reality the tower is 116 meters high.
The Annonciade Tower matched the height in 1980, and then the Odeon Tower exceeded it with a height of 170 meters (2015) after the maximum height set by the National Council was removed.
Visible from Ventimiglia, the tower is located a few blocks from the French town of Beausoleil.
This luxury building results in the joint work of architects Jean Ginsberg, Americo la Penna and Jean and José Notari. It is one of the most famous buildings in Monaco.
With its high ceilings and large terraces in each apartment, the Millefiori is a tower with three branches that offers an impressive view of the Principality of Monaco.
The Millefiori has 37 floors and 190 apartments and 10 spaces available for commercial use. It has 5 underground levels with 335 parking spaces and 292 basements. In spite of its construction date, the apartments are still in very good shape and many of them have undergone major renovations over the years.
From duplex to studio, including 5 rooms, 4 rooms, 3 rooms and 2 rooms, each apartment has a luxurious bathroom, a fully functional kitchen and a panoramic terrace with a view of the Principality's rooftops and the sea in the backdrop.
The height of the building means that the apartments offer a rare tranquility for a tower built in the middle of the crowded Monte Carlo area.
The underground parking lots also offer an advantage for the employees of the many companies located on the lower floors of the building. The price of the parking lot is estimated at €350,000 per unit. A basement is €75,000. But it is of course possible to rent one or the other on a monthly basis.
Situated Rue des Genêts, in the heart of the financial district of Monte Carlo, the Millefiori is only 10 minutes by foot from the city center of Monaco and the famous Casino. The building includes a supermarket on the first floor and a 24-hour security and concierge service for its inhabitants.
Close by can be found all kinds of services, as well as high quality health care facilities, luxury boutiques, banks and many financial institutions. Monte-Carlo is the most expensive area of the Principality (based on price per square meter).
In the Millefiori, apartments can be negotiated at a price of 55,000 to 90,000 € per square meter, which makes it one of the most expensive real estate areas in the world. In the area can be found also many hotels (Hotel de Paris, Metropole Monte-Carlo, Hermitage, Fairmont, Meridien Beach Plaza, ...) and prestigious restaurants (Rampaldi, Il Terrazzino, Horizon Rooftop, Restaurant du Metropole Monte-Carlo, Le Grill, Yoshi, Lobby Bar, Odyssey, ...).
