The Palais du Printemps is almost a centenarian and doing well. Edified in the second part of the twenties, this building is characterized by its typical « Belle époque » style, like many constructions of this time period in Monaco and Beausoleil as well, a city on the edge of the Principality. The building was erected by Pascal Gamba on 6 floors before knowing an enlargement in 1958 under the conduct of the architect Joseph Fissore. The residence was has been raised by 4 floors with a villa on the roof. An architectural achievement, the « Belle époque » style has not been altered and retains its old-fashioned charm typical of early 20th century Monaco.
The Palais du Printemps stands out thanks to a number of particular features. In addition to the splendid penthouse on the roof, all of the apartments offer quality amenities. The pretty building with its cream-coloured facade has a 24/7 concierge service and a new intercom system. But the big plus is inside the residence with a small private courtyard where you can leave your car for a moment without being on the road. A rare find in Monaco, where every space is utilized.
The Palais du Printemps is in a residential area, immediately near Monaco’s center. The Moneghetti offers a remarkable lifestyle for families with children. All the commodities are present in the neighborhood, that can pride itself with being exceptionally clean, like the rest of the Principality. The district also is full of cultural and leisure activities like a stroll in the luxurious Exotic Garden, full of cactus and other plants.
In Moneghetti and particularly in the Palais du Printemps, it is a great place to live.
