Built in 1905 at the junction of Boulevard des Moulins and Avenue de Grande-Bretagne, Villa Ménésini forms part of Monte-Carlo’s Belle Époque residential heritage. Its recent history has been shaped by a major transformation: three additional levels were added to the original building, changing its profile while preserving the defining features of the historic structure.
Completed in 2024 after three and a half years of work, the residence now includes ten new apartments created through the extension. The common areas were also fully renovated, while the lift shafts were created or modernised. The project required extensive structural work, including a steel extension and reinforcement of the building’s load-bearing elements.
Villa Ménésini illustrates a distinctive approach to Monaco’s property landscape: preserving a building dating from 1905 while giving it new residential capacity. Between Boulevard des Moulins and Avenue de Grande-Bretagne, the property combines architectural heritage with contemporary transformation in Monte-Carlo.En savoir plus
