VILLA LES PINS

Set on the hillside of Monaco’s Moneghetti district, Villa Les Pins occupies 8 Rue Honoré Labande and is made up of two blocks, A and B. Built in 2007, the complex forms part of the elevated residential fabric of the area, with open outlooks shaped by Monaco’s surrounding slopes.

Depending on their position and orientation, some apartments look towards the sea, the Rock of Monaco, Port Hercule or the surrounding mountains. The upper levels offer particularly wide perspectives, while several homes extend their living areas outdoors through private terraces.
