VILLA LE RÊVE

At 35 Boulevard d’Italie in Monaco’s Saint-Roman district, Villa Le Rêve is entering a new chapter in its history. The former residence, a Neoclassical villa built in 1888 and surrounded by extensive grounds, has been demolished to make way for a new residential project.

Commissioned by SA Farniente Holding, the development currently being carried out by JB Pastor & Fils retains the Villa Le Rêve name. The project involves the construction of a private mansion comprising two residences: a duplex apartment and a triplex apartment. The works are being undertaken under a property development and full-scope construction contract.

The transformation completely renews the site while preserving the memory of a historic late-19th-century Monaco villa. Villa Le Rêve reflects the evolution of Saint-Roman’s residential landscape and the ongoing transformation of some of the Principality’s former private residences.
