VILLA BLEUE

Villa Bleue is located at 21 Rue Révérend Père Louis Frolla, in Monaco’s Monte-Carlo district. Historical records also identify the building at the same address when the street was still known as Rue des Orchidées, a former name that reflects the older residential fabric of this part of the Principality.

The Journal de Monaco records residential units at Villa Bleue as early as 2008, including a ground-floor apartment with a cellar. The residence retains a traditional architectural expression, with a light-coloured façade, white shutters and wrought-iron balconies that set it apart from the more recent buildings around it.
