VILLA ARIANE

Villa Ariane marks the renewal of an address on Boulevard d’Italie without erasing its architectural identity. At 16 Boulevard d’Italie, the former building has been replaced by a completely redesigned residence, while the façade facing the boulevard has been preserved. Behind this familiar frontage, a contemporary 12-level building with 18 residences has been created, drawing on the architectural character of La Rousse – Saint-Roman.

The new development also stands out for the way it has been designed. The residences have been planned to make the most of their orientation, with particular attention paid to solar exposure, insulation and acoustic comfort. Solar shading, timber-framed windows and lower-impact materials form part of the approach, while the building’s technical systems incorporate energy recovery to help limit consumption.

Inside, the apartments extend this design through open layouts and terraces, with some residences offering a private lift directly to the home. A concierge service is also provided. Positioned at the beginning of Boulevard d’Italie, Villa Ariane brings together an architectural reference to Monaco’s built heritage with the standards of contemporary construction, between Place des Moulins and Larvotto.
