VILLA ANNONCIADE

Completed in 1997, Villa Annonciade occupies a distinctive position at 24 Avenue de l’Annonciade, in La Rousse – Saint-Roman. Its ten levels form a residence where vertical organisation becomes particularly noticeable on the upper floors: some homes extend across several levels, creating duplex and triplex layouts. This approach gives the building a different character from residences designed around a single living level.

Apartments documented within Villa Annonciade combine this multi-level configuration with loggias or terraces, with their position in the building offering different outlooks across Monaco, the coastline and the surrounding hills. An elevator and concierge service complement the residential layout, while security services are also provided. Parking spaces are documented within the residence.

Villa Annonciade reflects a stage in the development of La Rousse during the late 1990s: a ten-level building capable of accommodating both conventional apartments and homes arranged over several floors. This variety of layouts remains one of the defining characteristics of the address.
