At 24 Avenue Princesse Grace, Roccabella belongs to a generation of towers that shaped Monaco’s architectural landscape in the early 1980s. Completed in 1982 and attributed to Gio Ponti and Michel Ravarino, the building rises approximately 90 metres and comprises 27 floors. Its around 90 apartments form a distinctive residential address in the Larvotto district.
Roccabella’s history is also connected to contemporary design. In the early 1980s, Karl Lagerfeld furnished his apartment there with creations by the Memphis group, linking the residence to a design movement that was then emerging.
Today, the residence features a 25-metre heated outdoor swimming pool, gardens, children’s areas, a fitness room, concierge services, security and video surveillance. The apartments, reportedly south-facing, range from approximately 290 to 600 sqm and, depending on their configuration, offer open views towards Larvotto and the coastline.En savoir plus
