The Résidence Saint-Georges occupies a particularly distinctive site at 3 Avenue de l’Annonciade, in Monaco’s La Rousse – Saint-Roman district. Completed in 2009 and designed by architect Fabrice Notari, the building was conceived at the foot of Château Périgord I, where the steep terrain calls for an architecture shaped both vertically and into the depth of the site. Its six upper floors are combined with lower levels and a rooftop terrace.
The relationship with the surrounding topography is also reflected at street level. A public gallery runs alongside the lower sections of the building, creating a transition between the avenue and the residence. This feature gives the property a distinctive urban presence compared with more conventional residential buildings in the neighbourhood.
The apartments are distributed across the different levels and, depending on their layout, may include openings onto the outdoors, balconies or terraces. The residence features a lift, concierge service and video surveillance. Indoor parking spaces complete the building’s facilities.En savoir plus
