PALAIS VERDI
Monaco - 19 rue bosio - 4 floors - 1927
Built in 1927, Palais Verdi reflects Monaco’s residential architecture of the interwar period. Located at 19 rue Bosio, in the Moneghetti district, the building was designed by Philippe Gamba, a Monaco-based architect associated with several residential projects in the Principality.
With apartments of well-proportioned layouts, Palais Verdi retains the residential scale characteristic of its era. A four-room apartment of approximately 90 sqm featured a cellar and several small balconies, while another 85 sqm residence on the third floor included a balcony. These layouts reflect a practical approach to urban living, suited to a well-established address in Monaco.
Rue Bosio benefits from a convenient setting in Moneghetti, within easy reach of Monaco-Monte-Carlo railway station and several local amenities. The surrounding area also provides straightforward access to the Principality’s main districts.En savoir plus
