Palais du Printemps tells an unusual architectural story in Monaco. Built around 1928 at 10 Boulevard de Belgique, in the Moneghetti district, the building originally comprised six floors before being extended by four additional levels in 1958, under the direction of Joseph Fissore. The transformation included a partial upper level designed as a genuine rooftop villa, while preserving the building’s bourgeois character.
Today, its ten levels rise above the surrounding streets from Boulevard de Belgique. Some apartments on the upper floors enjoy views towards the sea and the Rock, while the top level includes duplex layouts with generous outdoor areas. A private courtyard also forms part of the property, a particularly uncommon feature within Monaco’s dense urban landscape.
The residence also benefits from a concierge service and an intercom, while its location in Moneghetti provides convenient access to the Principality’s centre and Port Hercule. Palais du Printemps therefore stands out not through an overtly contemporary aesthetic, but through the distinctive combination of 1920s architecture, post-war vertical extension and contemporary living at elevation.En savoir plus
