PALACE FRANZIDO

Built around 1925 at 15 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, Palace Franzido reflects Monaco’s changing architectural landscape over the decades. Originally designed with four levels, the building was subsequently raised by a further four floors, giving it its current configuration.

This transformation gives the property a distinctive presence within the neighbourhood, where traces of its earlier architecture coexist with more contemporary uses.
