Completed in 1977, Les Orangers – Les Mandariniers forms part of Monaco’s distinctive modernist residential architecture. Rising across fourteen levels on the slopes of the Jardin Exotique, the building reaches approximately 45 metres in height, while its diamond-point balconies create a distinctive façade that sets it apart within the Principality’s urban landscape.
Designed by Jean Ginsberg, Jean Notari and José Notari, the residence places its architecture at the heart of the project, with articulated façades and generous outdoor spaces shaping its identity. Depending on their orientation, the apartments can enjoy open views over Monaco and, in some cases, towards the Mediterranean.
Everyday living is supported by a lift, concierge service and a video-surveillance system, notably associated with the parking access. Its elevated position provides convenient access to Monaco’s different districts while retaining the distinctive character of a residential address shaped by 1970s architecture.En savoir plus
