MONTE MARINA

In the heart of Fontvieille, Monte Marina stands out for an uncommon feature in Monaco: an infinity pool set on the rooftop terrace, on the 11th floor. Created as part of a redesign of the outdoor area, it is complemented by planted areas and a pergola, extending the communal spaces towards the sky and the sea.

Built in 1985 at 31 Avenue des Papalins, the 12-storey building combines residential and office spaces within an environment closely connected to Fontvieille harbour. Some apartments feature terraces overlooking the Mediterranean, while the neighbourhood’s shops, promenades and green spaces are close by.
