MONTE CARLO SUN

More than a conventional residential tower, Monte Carlo Sun forms a complete residential complex comprising two buildings: a 26-storey tower and a five-storey structure, together accommodating around 450 apartments at 74 Boulevard d’Italie. Completed in the early 1980s, the development forms part of the La Rousse – Saint Roman landscape, with architecture notably associated with Jean Ginsberg.
