At 3 Promenade Honoré II in La Condamine, Hélios reflects a major stage in Monaco’s urban transformation. Completed in 2013 on land reclaimed from the former railway line, the development includes 68 state-owned homes and forms part of a wider project combining housing, public facilities and new urban uses. Its setting gives the residence a distinctive place in the recent evolution of the Principality.
Hélios is defined by contemporary architecture, with metal structures extending the balconies and rooftop elements designed to support photovoltaic production. Rising eight levels above the ground floor, the building contributes to the redevelopment of Îlot Canton and its integration into the wider urban fabric of La Condamine.
The building also has a less visible dimension: Hélios houses conservation facilities for the Principality’s Heritage Collection. This combination of housing, heritage and public functions gives the residence a distinctive identity within Monaco’s real estate landscape. The building also features a lift and video surveillance.En savoir plus
