HARBOUR LIGHTS

Harbour Lights occupies 7 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, an eight-storey building completed in 1986 in Monaco’s Moneghetti district. Its multi-level layout follows the distinctive topography of this part of the Principality, with apartments benefiting differently from their floor level and orientation.

Across the building, outdoor extensions vary from one property to another. Balconies, loggias and terraces feature in selected apartments, while views can reach towards Port Hercule, the Rock, the sea or Monaco’s urban landscape. Some properties are also accompanied by cellars, storage rooms or parking spaces.

Concierge service is provided within the building. Its hillside setting, vertical profile and range of apartment layouts give Harbour Lights a recognisable presence in Moneghetti, with each level offering its own combination of outlook and living space.
