FORMENTOR

Le Formentor forms a distinctive vertical landmark in Larvotto, rising from 27 Avenue Princesse Grace. Completed in 1977, this 27-storey residential tower was designed by architect Michel Ravarino and reflects the modernist approach that accompanied Monaco’s urban development during the twentieth century.

The building comprises around one hundred residences, with layouts ranging from three to five rooms. Its position overlooking the coastline allows many apartments, depending on their floor and orientation, to benefit from open views towards the sea and Monaco.
