Château Périgord I stands out with its broad curved silhouette at 6 Lacets Saint-Léon, in Monaco’s La Rousse – Saint-Roman district. Completed in 1972 and designed by architect Joseph Fissore, this 34-storey building rises approximately 93 metres above the Principality. Its construction formed part of the development of the large residential towers that transformed Monaco’s skyline during the 1970s.
The architecture is characterised by long continuous balconies along the southern façades. Depending on their floor and orientation, some of the upper-level apartments enjoy open views over Monaco, the coastline and the Mediterranean. Château Périgord I forms part of a larger complex whose multi-level base accommodates shops and offices, while the residential towers are set back above it. The complex also includes parking and additional facilities.
The residence benefits from a concierge service, lifts and a security system. Residents also have access to a swimming pool. From Lacets Saint-Léon, Larvotto, its beaches and the Monte-Carlo Country Club are easily accessible, while the shops and services of La Rousse – Saint-Roman are close by.En savoir plus
