BERMUDA

Bermuda is a residential building located at 49 Avenue Hector Otto, in Monaco’s Jardin Exotique district. Built in 1961, the property was designed by architects Jean and José Notari. Its Modern Movement architecture and distinctive profile, rising approximately 45 metres, make it a recognisable feature of this part of the Principality.

Set back from Avenue Hector Otto and positioned above the surrounding streets, Bermuda occupies a distinctive location in north-western Monaco. Depending on their floor and orientation, some apartments enjoy open views over the Principality, the Rock of Monaco and the Mediterranean.
