BAHIA

Bahia is a residential building located at 39 Avenue Princesse Grace, in Monaco’s Larvotto district. Completed in 1972 and designed by architect Michel Ravarino, it reflects the principles of the Modern Movement and is one of the notable buildings along Avenue Princesse Grace.

Its façade is characterised by large openings and generous terraces, while apartments on the upper floors benefit from open views over the Mediterranean. The building also enjoys immediate access to Larvotto Beach, with restaurants, shops and the Mareterra district nearby.
