AIGUE MARINE

Aigue Marine is an office building located at 24 Avenue de Fontvieille, in Monaco’s Fontvieille district. Originally completed in 1985, the building underwent a major renovation and vertical extension designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi and completed in 2023.

The project added three new levels and created additional office space, while the ground floor and shared areas were redesigned and modernised. The transformation also upgraded the building’s access and facilities to meet current standards for commercial and office properties.

Aigue Marine incorporates several solutions aimed at improving its environmental performance, including 284 sqm of photovoltaic panels and a seawater thermal energy system. The building has received BD2M Bronze certification and complies with the requirements applicable to high-rise buildings used for office purposes.
