MIRABEAU

The Mirabeau tells a distinctive story within Monaco’s property landscape. Built in 1973 at 2 Avenue des Citronniers, the building was originally designed as a mixed hotel and residential complex, comprising six hotel levels and twenty-one residential floors. Following the hotel’s closure, a major refurbishment completed in 2010 transformed the property into a fully residential building.

Its 26 storeys and approximately 81-metre height give the apartments a prominent position within Monte-Carlo. Depending on their location, some overlook the sea, the Casino gardens or the Grand Prix circuit, while several properties extend outdoors through terraces or loggias.
