The Schuylkill building, located at 19 Avenue de Suisse in Monaco, is an iconic structure in the Principality. Built in the 1960s, it was the first skyscraper in Monaco. With 25 floors (18 above ground and 7 underground), it dominates the city with panoramic views. However, its aging appearance has led to an ambitious renovation project, with a total investment of 170 million euros. The renovation, led by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, will involve a complete overhaul of the exterior, with rounded balconies and new green spaces added.
Inside, the building will be completely redesigned, offering 142 apartments ranging from studios to six-bedroom units, including duplexes. A club-house and wellness area will also be incorporated. Renovation work is scheduled to start in March 2024, with completion expected by 2028. This transformation will restore the Schuylkill's former grandeur while meeting modern expectations for comfort and services.En savoir plus
