VILLA PASTEUR
Monaco - 15 Boulevard Charles III - 12 floors - 2006
- Lift
At 15 Boulevard Charles III, Villa Pasteur forms part of an area of Monaco that was extensively transformed following the disappearance of the former railway line. Completed in 2006 and designed by architect Fabrice Notari, the building was constructed on former railway land, now underground, contributing to the urban redevelopment of this western entrance to the Principality.
Its layout is defined by a genuine mix of uses: 33 residential units are combined with 825 m² of office space and 400 m² of commercial premises. This configuration gives Villa Pasteur a profile distinct from properties dedicated solely to residential use, with professional and commercial spaces integrated directly into the building.
Rising over twelve floors, Villa Pasteur belongs to a generation of contemporary buildings that accompanied the transformation of western Monaco. Its architecture and mixed-use programme reflect a design intended to bring housing, professional activities and retail spaces together within a single urban development.En savoir plus
