QUAI KENNEDY

Designed on a narrow plot between Boulevard Louis II and Boulevard du Larvotto, Quai Kennedy stands out for an architectural concept shaped by its unusual setting. Completed in 2009, the building rises across nine levels and features a distinctive, windowless decorative façade facing Boulevard du Larvotto.

The residence comprises 18 apartments, including three duplexes occupying the 7th and 8th floors. Teak terraces, mineral materials and large openings define the interiors, while the south-facing orientation provides views towards Port Hercule and the Rocher. The apartments are also equipped with air conditioning.

The building’s most distinctive feature is found on the rooftop: a garden accessible via a footbridge from Avenue d’Ostende extends the residence with a shared outdoor space. A concierge service and lift complete the facilities.

With its unusual plot, upper-floor duplexes and rooftop garden reached by footbridge, Quai Kennedy has developed an architectural identity of its own within Monaco’s Port district.
