The Panorama

The Panorama, monegasque legend

2 August 2023 - 1 min

Monaco. A dream lifestyle in the heart of the Côte d'Azur. A Principality where you'll find exceptional residences. Built in 1974, the Panorama is one of the first of these luxury residences. Located in the Condamine district, the building is ideally placed in the heart of Monaco, halfway between the Rocher and Monte-Carlo. It overlooks Port Hercules, one of Monaco's social centers. We'll be back.

A timeless residence

Le Panorama and its construction, which is almost fifty years old, retains a standard of living worthy of contemporary buildings. The 17-floor residence is designed for both residential and professional use. It also has 3 basements with extensive parking space. Finally, concierge and security services are available 24/7.

An ideal location

The advantage of being older is that we've been able to offer ourselves a choice spot among our now numerous neighbors. The Panorama has a south exposure, with an unobstructed view of the port and the start of the F1 Grand Prix. Over the years, numerous renovations have allowed the residence to maintain a level of service that lives up to the expectations of Monegasque residents.

The Condamine, an active neighborhood

As far as amenities the Panorama is very well served. Indeed, La Condamine remains a vibrant neighborhood with many stores and boutiques, and even a Provencal market. The Fontvieille shopping center is just a few minutes on foot, along the pretty Rue Grimaldi, surrounded by old local buildings. On the quays, you'll find a variety of restaurants, as well as the Olympic-size heated seawater swimming pool. There's plenty of activity for children, with the Princess Caroline Children's Library, the Academy of Music and the entertainment provided by the city.

The Panorama is a beautiful, mature residence on which time seems to have no hold. Thanks to numerous facelifts the bad tongues will say.
