The advantage of being older is that we've been able to offer ourselves a choice spot among our now numerous neighbors. The Panorama has a south exposure, with an unobstructed view of the port and the start of the F1 Grand Prix. Over the years, numerous renovations have allowed the residence to maintain a level of service that lives up to the expectations of Monegasque residents.
As far as amenities the Panorama is very well served. Indeed, La Condamine remains a vibrant neighborhood with many stores and boutiques, and even a Provencal market. The Fontvieille shopping center is just a few minutes on foot, along the pretty Rue Grimaldi, surrounded by old local buildings. On the quays, you'll find a variety of restaurants, as well as the Olympic-size heated seawater swimming pool.
