The Roccabella building

The Roccabella, a monegasque institution

11 October 2023 - 1 min

Built and finished in the early 1980s, the Roccabella is one of the Principality's most famous residences. Located at 24 avenue Princesse Grace, this 27 floor tower stands out from the Monegasque landscape. Designed by architect Gio Ponti for the Pastore Group, the building includes over 90 luxurious apartments from 290m2 to 600m2. Gigantic spaces symbolizing an era when large volumes were in high demand. These magnificent spaces are facing south, across to the sea and Larvotto beach.

Services fit for a palace

The Roccabella offers its residents exceptional services. A heated, supervised 25 m long swimming pool, a wooded park, children's playground, restaurant service around the pool, room service at the Maya Bay restaurant, modern gym and fitness instructor. A package worthy of the great palaces, available to Roccabella residents daily. In addition, security and surveillance of the residence are optimized and guaranteed 24/7, as is the case in most of Monaco.

Larvotto and prestigious guests

Famous for its sandy beaches, Larvotto is also home to Roccabella. This seafront neighborhood, close to the city center, is within close proximity to all the Principality's services and amenities. As well as its privileged location, the residence features famous residents such as F1 drivers Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton, both Formula 1 world champions with Mercedes over the last decade. There are worse neighbors, especially if you're in a hurry.
