The Victoria. A singular residence of almost 150 apartments built during the 1940s. A piece of Monegasque history too, it was one of the first constructions of the Pastor group, who applied for planning permission in 1943. A typical Art Deco building designed by architect Kevork Arsenian, with cylindrical rotundas glazed at the corners, the signature of this twentieth-century landmark. In the purest style of the late Art Deco period for connoisseurs during the early days of Monaco's development.
For the story, the Victoria was originally a luxury hotel named Victoria Palace. This particularity gives it a fabulous singularity: an entrance hall with gigantic volumes! This entrance offers a unique charm and impresses visitors with its vertiginous measurements. In the same spirit, the apartments offer large spaces and high ceilings, well decorated by carefully selected interior designers in order to respect the building's Art Deco tradition.
The Victoria is located in the center of the Principality, in the Casino district, better known under the name of Monte Carlo. This beautiful building is surrounded by luxury stores and is just a few steps from La Condamine and the Port, easily accessible thanks to the public elevators. All the amenities you could wish for are close to the Victoria.
The transformation of the Victoria Palace into a residence a few years ago offers its residents an idyllic lifestyle. Some of these immense penthouses have sea views and luxury equipment. All the expected services are provided: parking, concierge service and even cellars are available to residents.
Living in The Victoria is an incredible opportunity. This building represents a whole part of Monaco's contemporary history. A rare and unique experience.
