In the Monte-Carlo neighborhood, the central location of the Park Palace and the luxury services available to its residents make it one of the most coveted residences in Monaco.

Living in an apartment in the Carré d'Or

The Carré d'Or is the most prestigious area of Monaco. It is located in the heart of Monte-Carlo and is considered one of the world's most luxurious areas.

Initially, an earlier version of the Park Palace was built in the Belle Époque style in 1915 on the same site by the famous Dutch architect Édouard-Jean Niermans. He is responsible for world famous monuments such as the Moulin Rouge, the Élysée Montmartre, the Mogador Theater and the Negresco Hotel in Nice, in a style that is emblematic of early 20th century architecture.

In the 1970s, Monaco experienced an important growth and the small size of its territory required it to modernize constantly. The first residential towers were erected.

This earlier version was destroyed to leave room, between 1981 and 1983, for two of the three buildings of the new Park Palace.

Today, this luxury residence offers an incomparable view of the gardens of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.

The Park Palace, a luxury residence in the center of Monaco

In this popular neighborhood, Park Palace is one of the most demanded residences because of its central location and luxurious accommodations just meters away. In a few minutes, you can walk to the Café de Paris, the Opéra Garnier or the Métropole shopping center.

Here you will find the two largest hotels in the Principality, the Hotel Ermitage and the Hotel de Paris, as well as designer boutiques and well-known luxury brands (Chanel, Cartier, Louboutin, Piaget, Ferret, Boucheron and many others).

A few meters from the Park Palace you can find the best restaurants in Monaco. These include Michelin-starred restaurants such as Vistamar (by Joël Robuchon) and Louis XV (by Alain Ducasse), as well as trendy places such as Rampoldi, the Fairmont Hotel and the Buddha Bar.

Living in this trendy neighborhood is a rare opportunity because apartments are highly demanded. There are also other luxury residences such as the Montaigne, the Sun Tower and the Mirabeau.

The advantages of a luxury residence

Built by Jean Notari and Le Maresquier, the Park Palace features a total of 245 apartments (some with pools), from studios to penthouses. With 14 floors, its tallest building rises up to 81 meters. On the first floor, in the shopping center, are located about 60 stores and restaurants, making it a unique place. Underground, there are 635 parking spaces and 258 basements.

Like many residences in Monaco, the quality of service intended for the residents includes the presence of a concierge 24 hours a day, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, as well as security cameras around the residence and in the common areas.

Overall, while the price per square meter depends mainly on the floor, the average price per square meter is ranging from 55,000 to 88,000 €. A parking space is on average negotiated at 350,000 € and a cellar at 75,000 €.

On the top floor, a 10-room penthouse offers a breathtaking view over the Casino de Monte-Carlo, its gardens and the Mediterranean in the background. Like a luxury villa, this property impresses with its large volumes and luminosity.
