Characterized by its curved façade, the MoNa Residence has high standing apartments as well as breathtaking penthouses.

The assets of the Mona Residence

Located in the Saint Roman / La Rousse neighborhood, this meticulously designed ecological residential tower has a surface area of 21,000m2.

This building boasts numerous services : offices, business, room service, a 200 spot parking, exterior pools and a family center.

But that is not all : In collaboration with the Hydroconcept society, the tower benefits from a spa area, all for the pleasure of the inhabitants of the residence : private sauna, ice fountain, sensory pools, hammam... enough to relax at any time of day!

A visionary project

Also called the “Tour Giroflées”, this project from Michel Pastor, is made in an avant-gardiste style.

The Mona Résidence distinguishes itself by its commitment in terms of durability and ecological efficiency. For example, it features advanced technologies designed to reduce energy consumption and minimize carbon footprint.

This care for the environment reflects a modern vision of the habitat, where comfort of the residences is paired with ecological responsibility, making the Mona Résidence a model of the durable and luxurious urban life

Mona Residence : When art takes over the space

From the main hall to the MoNa restaurant, nothing is left to chance when it comes to decoration.

The Mona Residence is a true ode to elegance and art. The interior design, orchestrated by Rashid Rivani, reflects pure refinement. The perfect example of this art can be found at the MoNa restaurant. A space conceived like a true jewel hidden on the ground floor of the 22 storey tower, that is covered by artwork from Daniel Buren : Alpine green marble and "Calacatta Caldia" marble are arranged geometrically, adding rhythm and dynamism to the dining room.

This subtle integration of art and design makes MoNa Restaurant a space where every detail contributes to a unique visual and sensory experience.

In addition, the MoNa Residence is full of secrets for anyone exploring the tower, which opened in 2021. It offers a wide range of services to ensure the comfort of its residents. Its ecological dimension makes this building even more interesting.
