A monument. Built in the 19th century, precisely in 1889 by the Danish architect Hans-Georg Tesling, the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo is a Monaco icon. An icon located in the heart of the Carré d'or, the most prestigious district in the Principality. Its closest neighbor is the world-famous Casino de Monte Carlo. The Métropole has kept part of its original style, known as the Belle époque. More than a hundred years old, it has a rich history, a blend of tradition and modernity.
During the 1980s, the Métropole underwent its first important reconstruction, with the goal of revitalizing the hotel and conforming to the standards of the time. After being bought by the Lebanese Boustany family, the Métropole was completely redesigned in a modern style, while keeping the essence of the building, its elegant heritage from the Belle Epoque. Inaugurated with ceremony in 1988, the hotel combines elegance and luxury. In 2004, it will again be given a major makeover to meet the expectations of 21st-century guests...without detracting from its original charm and typical facades.
Nowadays, the Métropole Monte Carlo offers all the premium services of a luxury hotel, and converges several points of interest. A majestic 5-star hotel in the image of the world's greatest. The hotel has a stunning lobby and a Michelin-starred restaurant for guests. The Métropole has 126 rooms, including 64 suites, an exceptional swimming pool and spa, but that's not all...
The lower part of Métropole is an ode to luxury. A shopping mall where the most prestigious fashion brands are all present, as well as refined boutiques. The gallery has preserved its Belle Epoque style, giving the complex an indescribable charm.
Finally, the Metropole Monte Carlo also has a few apartments. These rarities make many buyers drool, as the waiting list is so long and can be counted in years.
The Monegasque dream has a name, a history, a refinement that has already surpassed posterity...only a handful of privileged people can testify to this.
