This arrangement is a temporary but effective solution to preserve the market’s soul while successfully carrying out the renovation.
The Municipality of Monaco ensured that this arrangement was implemented without disrupting merchants or neighborhood life, providing a smooth transition for residents and regular market visitors.

A public consultation, including a questionnaire distributed online and on paper, gathered more than 1,000 responses. This feedback allowed adjustments to the project to meet the real needs of people who visit the market or wish to discover Monaco through short-term rentals.
