The Parc Saint Roman : a high-end residence in a quiet neighborhood

Built between 1975 and 1982 in the La Rousse-Saint Roman neighborhood by Italian architect and designer Luigi Caccia Dominioni, the Parc Saint Roman is a high-end residence that offers a stunning view of Italy (east) to Cap Ferrat (west), passing of course through Monaco and the Mediterranean.

The Parc Saint Roman is one of the most luxurious residences in Monaco. The residence is made up of two buildings:

« Les Terrasses », the lower part, which dominates the Princesse Grace avenue is situated a few meters below

« La Tour », a double building of 33 and 28 floors that rises up to 108 meters, making it one of the highest skyscrapers in Monaco

In total, the Parc Saint Roman includes no less than 390 apartments and 400 parking spaces distributed over five underground levels. Like many high-end Monaco residences, you can find a range of apartment sizes, from studios to penthouses of over 500 square meters!

The Parc Saint Roman includes a 33-meter long swimming pool directly facing the sea. But that's not all, the residence also has a sauna, a fitness room, a concierge service and a security service available to residents 24/7.

The Larvotto / La Rousse-Saint Roman : a neighborhood in the midst of renovation !

The La Rousse-Saint Roman neighborhood is very appreciated by new Monegasque residents, mainly by families, as it is located slightly away from the city center's effervescence but remains easily accessible. The Principality's emblematic sites, like the Monte Carlo Casino or the Port area, are just a few minutes away by foot.

Close to all of the usual facilities, the Parc Saint Roman is located on the east of the Principality, very close to the Monte-Carlo Country Club and the Larvotto beach.

The Saint Roman area is one of the most prized in the Principality for the lifestyle it offers. The surrounding buildings also offer a luxurious and pleasant environment for their residents.

Near the Parc Saint Roman, other big developments are also being built. It is hard not to talk about "Testimonio II", the huge project of 150,000 m², next to the Residence du Parc Saint Roman. It is expected by 2024.

Furthermore, it is also hard not to mention the "new Larvotto", a development project on the east of the seaside of Monaco assigned to the Italian architect Renzo Piano, who built the Pompidou Centre in Paris, The Shard in London and the new San Giorgio viaduct in Genoa.

The project, with a budget of between 50 and 80 million, is meant to improve the quality of life of the Larvotto beach area for residents and boaters.

More pleasant, the Larvotto promenade has been rethought to increase the attractiveness of the largest seaside area in Monaco. An additional 2,000 m² have been added to the existing 2,850 m².

Restaurants, bars, beaches and playgrounds for children, the Larvotto district is becoming more and more prestigious, which makes its inhabitants very happy.
