The Titien Monaco

The Titien, a Fontvieille classic

14 February 2024 - 1 min

With such a surname, the Titian must be esthetically beautiful. Indeed, Titian is one of the greatest Italian artists of the Renaissance, a painter with an established posterity, specialized in portraits. He revolutionized the art of painting in his time, freeing himself from the restrictions of the medieval style. The building named after him in Monaco is a classic example of the Fontvieille district, with colorful facades decorating the seafront of the marina. The residence looks like it belongs in the landscape. Built during the middle of the 1980s, the building has kept its Fontvieille charm, with reasonable dimensions, atypical openings and vegetated roofs.

Luxury and calm

The Titian, like the Quattrocento, offers a peaceful environment for its residents. The services and standing are excellent. Located on Avenue des Papalins, the residence is nestled between the marina and the park of Fontvieille, famous for the Princess Grace rose garden. It is one of the highlights of the Titien. An ideal environment for families. The area is rich in activities, whether picturesque or cultural. All basic amenities are nearby, including a supermarket.

Fontvieille, the dolce vita

The residents of Titian have plenty to choose from. The port and marina at the bottom of the Rocher are essential for sunny Sunday walks. Many restaurants and boutiques are located on the lungomare. In Fontvieille, you will also find the Stade Louis II, a multi-purpose sports arena where the soccer and basketball teams make the Principality famous. The Parc Paysager spreads over 5,000m2, providing relaxing walks. And culture is not neglected either. Numerous museums, including the Naval Museum and the Stamps and Coins Museum, are just a few steps from the building.

A pleasant life in itself.

The residents of Le Titien will not deny it.
