The Mirabeau, a Monaco classic

Talking about the Mirabeau in Monaco, it would be difficult not to mention the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The building owes its fame to the famous stretch of the circuit which bears its name, and it gained a place in the collective imagination in this singular way.

Apart from its popularity with F1 fans, the Mirabeau has evolved a lot over the past thirty years. Until 2010, the building was a luxury hotel favored by many of the regular guests of the Principality. After a major facelift, it has been transformed into a prestigious residence in the heart of Monaco's Carré d'Or, a high-end district.

A Monegasque legend 

Le Mirabeau is a 81 meters high baby with 40 luxury apartments on 26 floors. Its size, worthy of the Roca Team, places it in twelfth position among the tallest buildings in the Principality. Thanks to these dimensions, the building offers its residents an exceptional view of the Mediterranean. Apart from this sea view, the Mirabeau offers elite services with parking, a large private swimming pool, a solarium, a fitness room, a restaurant and a 24/7 concierge. 

A direct access to the beach 

Benefiting from its privileged location in the center of Monaco, the Mirabeau has an entrance on the Place du Casino and the other overlooking the sea with a direct access to the Larvotto beach. The building is close to all the amenities you need, so you won’t have to get the car out, which is a real plus even in the Principality.

Let’s not forget the icing on the cake, the Mirabeau is a place of choice to watch the F1 GP in a privileged setting. If, however, racing cars are not your cup of tea, you could always very easily rent your property (at princely sum) during the GP weekend.
