This building is in the purest tradition of the Principality with its very Monegasque dimensions. It has 16 floors and 7 underground levels. With its big balconies, large windowed surfaces, white stones, the 45G will not denature the heart of the Condamine neighborhood… Quite the contrary !
The 45G is as beautiful as it is safe and long lasting. It answers strictly in terms of security but also in terms of environmental norms. A feat of urban planning built using the finest modern materials.This building embraces the Monegasque urbanism codes : density, security and sustainability.
In all, it took Vinci construction Monaco and developer Segond 16 months to erect this superb building.
Concretely, the 45G building houses 72 luxury apartments offering high quality services ! As a bonus, at its top floor, two superb penthouses with each a pool on their terrasse. Further south, the 45G has cellars and 158 parking spaces spread over the 7 underground levels. Once again a monegasque tradition is preserved.
