Located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco, in a quiet residence with concierge overlooking Monaco's largest private park, superb 2-room apartment.

With a surface area of 70 m², it comprises an entrance hall, a comfortable living room with an extendable sofa, a fully-equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace.

The apartment has been furnished with great care and high quality appliances, and every detail has been carefully thought out for maximum comfort.

Bed linen and towels are included for a stay of 3 to 8 days. Beyond 8 days, a supplement of 150 euros per week will be charged.

For additional use of the sofa bed, for the third and fourth person, a supplement per day and per person will be charged (except during the Grand Prix and Yacht Show periods).

If the second person wishes to sleep independently in the sofa-bed, a supplement will be charged for linen for a period of 3 to 8 days.
